The quintessential spicy chilly garlic chutney in all Indo-Chinese meals is the humble Schezwan chutney. The flavours of the Sichuan province in China took a slightly different form after reaching the streets of India and was transformed into this spicy chutney. This chutney is our take on the schezwan using two kinds of red chillies, garlic, sichuan peppercorns and other aromatics to create a perfect accompaniment.
Ingredients: Red chilly paste, vegetable oil, garlic, ginger, celery, spring onions, soy sauce, vinegar, tomato, sichuan peppercorns, sugar, himalayan pink salt
Storage: Within 6 months from date of manufacturing.Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 2 months from opening.
Use: Can be used as a dip, spread, sauce, and marinade too!
