Return & Replacement Policy

At Passmesummore, we take pride in delivering high-quality products with great care. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to offer a replacement—but we do not provide refunds.

Eligibility for Replacement

We offer replacements only under the following conditions:
✔ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✔ The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery.
✔ The product is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all labels.

How to Request a Replacement

  1. Email us at info@passmesummore.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos/videos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  2. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.
  3. If approved, a replacement product will be shipped at no extra cost.

Non-Eligible Cases

✖ Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
✖ Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
✖ Minor packaging damage that does not affect product quality.

Cancellations

Orders once placed cannot be canceled as we process them immediately for quick delivery.
