Basil Pesto

Our recipe includes a perfect balance of parmesan and cashewnuts, resulting in a rich and creamy texture with a nutty flavor that pairs perfectly with pasta, sandwiches, or as a dip. Ingredients: Basil leaves, light olive oil, extra virgin olive oil, vegetarian Parmesan, cashew nuts, garlic, coarse sea salt

• Storage: After every use, cover the pesto with a layer of olive oil to keep it from getting oxidized.
• Keep refrigerated and use within 1 month of manufacturing.
