Our Tadka Chilly Oil is a desi spin to the OG Asian one. Infused with spices, and our beloved Hing, and finished off with a smoky flavour using the ‘dhungaar’ technique. This chilly oil is truly like no other you’ve had.

Ingredients: sunflower oil, chilly flakes, chilly powder, himalayan pink salt, sugar, fried garlic, sichuan peppercorn, sesame, asafoetida, soy sauce, vinegar, aromatics
Features: Smoked oil, made with hing, desi, Vegan, pairs with everything
Storage: Keep in a dry area, away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months.
